Financial Capability & Housing Pathways
Andrew Lavulavu is the founder of Home Ownership Pathway, a New Zealand-based advisory platform focused on moving families from renting to sustainable home ownership.
Over the past decade, he has designed, implemented, and delivered a service that works alongside families across Aotearoa, guiding them through financial capability, lending systems, and the realities of buying a home in today’s market.
His work sits at the intersection of housing, finance, and community capability, building structured pathways that deliver real, measurable outcomes.
Andrew is recognised for his innovation and foresight in developing a model that bridges the gap between policy, lending systems, and real families translating complexity into clear, practical steps that move people forward.
