His frontline work operates at the intersection of finance, systems thinking, housing, and community capability translating complexity into practical, achievable steps that create measurable outcomes for individuals and families.
Andrew has been recognised within Pasifika and Māori communities for his innovation and foresight in developing a pathway-based advisory model that bridges the gap between financial systems, lending environments, and real-world family situations. Through HOP, he has worked alongside Pasifika, Māori, and Kiwi providers and families, supporting long-term financial stability and intergenerational outcomes.
Under his leadership, HOP continues to evolve as a platform focused on education, structured support, adviser development, and scalable systems that empower both clients and communities toward stronger financial futures.
